For those people who have special insoles, these ankle braces are for you. As the ZOOM and CTS foot plates do not go underneath insoles like the High-5 does. 

The HIGH-5 model is designed for use with not only "low cut" shoes, but also with "high cut" sports shoes otherwise known as Basketball Boots. 

Although your new braces will fit either ankle when you get them, make sure to mark the "R" for "Right, "L" for "Left" on the white tab on the upper strap and wear them on the same ankle each time.
